- Изменим тип терминала для TT0:
- Добавим поддержку команды HELP
- Создадим учетные записи пользователей

Создадим два аккаунта - SYSTEM со всеми правами и USER с обычными правами пользователя, а затем скопируем пользователю USER вводные файлы.
